Committee Overviews

Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws Committee reviews the bylaws and makes recommendations for changes as needed.

Finance and Development Committee
The Finance and Development Committee recommends an annual budget to the Board of Directors and give consideration to all other issues of financial concern prior to making recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Governance and Membership Committee
The Governance and Membership Committee propose policies to the Board of Directors that direct overall activities of the board, society, its members and staff.

Health, Education and Legislative Committee
The Health, Education and Legislative Committee concerns itself with public health, physician and public education, and legislative issues and make recommendations to the board of directors for society policies, programs and initiatives.

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee proposes a slate of officers, directors and delegates as outlined in the bylaws.
